STOMP is explosive, inventive, provocative, witty, and utterly unique—an unforgettable experience for audiences of all ages. The international percussion sensation has garnered armfuls of awards and rave reviews and has appeared on numerous national television shows. The eight-member troupe uses everything but conventional percussion instruments—matchboxes, wooden poles, brooms, garbage cans, Zippo lighters, hubcaps—to fill the stage with magnificent rhythms.

Our New Season:  Be a Part of It!
The 2015-2016 Season of Professional Performances


We are excited to present the 2015-2016 season for the Forest Hills Fine Arts
Center – our 12th annual season since opening in the Spring of 2004. This year
we are showcasing a 4-show season line-up that offers a variety of entertainment
throughout the year. We felt it was important to try something different this year
with the number of shows we offer as a package, while still providing a high-quality
show experience for our patrons.

As always, we want to thank our season partners, sponsors, advertisers,
community members, families, students, staff, volunteers, and arts patrons that
have continued to support us throughout the years. We couldn’t do it without you!

It’s going to be an incredible season and a wonderful 12th year of operations
and we are looking forward to sharing it with you!

Forest Hills Central High Students Showcase Their Talents on Stage
 

Date:  Saturday, January 23 at 7:30 p.m.

Tickets: General admission tickets are $6 each when purchased in advance at the Forest Hills Central High School main office (during office hours the week of the show), and $8 each at the door.

This year's talent show from Forest Hills Central High is filled with music, singing, dancing, acting, magic and more! It's sure to be an entertaining evening for all.

Once on This Island
This Musical by Forest Hills Eastern Students Delivers Melody, Love and Joy in Tropical Abundance!
 

Dates:  February 4, 5, and 6, 2015 at 7:30 p.m. Also February 6 at 3:00 p.m.

Tickets: Tickets are $9 each for adults and $7 each for students and senior citizens. Tickets will be available at www.fhetheatre.com in January.

This calypso-flavored, captivating story of a peasant girl who falls in love with a rich boy from the city, has been linked to stories like The Little Mermaid and Romeo and Juliet. With Mother of the Earth, the God of Water, the God of Love, and the Demon of Death, there is never a dull moment on stage! A clump of trees on stage will hold actors as they tell the love story between the protagonists. Forty-five plus students from Eastern High School are involved in this colorful, get-up-and-dance delightful musical.

 Tickets are $9 each for adults and $7 each for students and senior citizens. Tickets will be available at www.fhetheatre.com in January.
