The Very Best of Celtic Thunder
A New Decade
Ten Years and Going Strong

We are thrilled to have you with us for our 11th season, as we enter into a new decade with the Forest Hills Fine Arts Center.

This season has a little bit of something for everyone, comedy, music legends, timely Broadway hits, and old favorites too. We think the variety in music and entertainment will be something your entire family can enjoy.

While we think providing one-of-a-kind events and entertainment is important, we always have our mission in mind: enhancing the artistic growth and enjoyment of area youth, families and community members, while providing opportunities for students of Forest Hills Public Schools to experience the Arts.

As we start a new decade at the Center, we reflect on the incredible support we have received from our West Michigan community. Thank you to the many season partners, sponsors, community members, families, students, staff, and arts patrons that have continued to help us grow.

It’s going to be an incredible season and we are looking forward to sharing it with you!

FHFAC Partners with The Happy Hatter, Community Outreach Program Benefitting Young Cancer Patients

The Happy Hatter, a community outreach program organized by local company, Integrated Architecture, aims to top young cancer patients with…Hats. Lots of Hats. The Happy Hatter is collecting creative cranium coverings – professional, collegiate and local sports team hats, character‐oriented beanies, crazy winter stocking caps, cowboy hats, bandanas, berets, newsboy caps, fedoras, and everything in between. Hats must be new with tags, unworn and not contain corporate advertising.

“We are so pleased that The Happy Hatter has selected Helen DeVos Children’s Hospital as the recipient for these thoughtful donations,” said Dr. James Fahner, Division Chief for Hematology and Oncology at Helen DeVos Children’s Hospital. “Our patients deeply appreciate the West Michigan community’s generosity year‐round, and we thank those who have donated time talent and resources.” Dr. Fahner also is a trustee with the Forest Hills Public Schools Board of Education.

Hair loss in young cancer patients may start as soon as 7 to 10 days after their cancer treatments. In many cases, all of the child’s hair will fall out, not growing back until after treatment becomes milder or eventually concludes. Children may have loss of hair for up to a year or often longer. The hats collected will be given to kids undergoing these emotionally and physically draining clinical treatments; bringing hope, comfort—and a bit of warmth.

The Happy Hatter and Forest Hills Fine Arts Center Needs Your Hats!
The Happy Hatter is collecting all forms of head toppers at several locations, one of them being the Forest Hills Fine Arts Center. This campaign is ending soon, so act quickly! Hat drop‐offs may be made during normal business hours.

For more information about this campaign, please view the WXMI Fox 17 new feature:  fox17online.com/Happy-Hatter-Hat-Drive.
